- 1 avocado and 1 mango, both peeled, stones removed, roughly chopped
- 1 peeled, sliced banana
- 2 handfuls of shredded kale or spinach
- 100 ml coconut water
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy the taste and the feel the goodness!
Tip: Add more coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
